Kleptz Adventure Princesses

The canoe trip is A GO!  See you there.

Spend some quality river time with you daughter on our canoe tip trip!  The water should be plenty high to not cause you to have to go on a crash diet before the trip :)

When: Sunday May 6th at 1 PM -- You want to be there by 12:45 as the bus leaves on the hour.

Cost: $20 / Canoe (2-3 people per canoe)

THIS IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT.  It is a TON of fun and something that most people don't get to experience.  Make sure you bring your daughter AND TELL A FRIEND to bring their daughter!

When: Friday April 27th (6:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
Where: Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, 2600 Deweese Parkway, Dayton, OH
Cost: $30 1 Daughter/ 1 Dad -- $20 each additional daughter.
Payment:  Pay at the Kleptz YMCA by 4/26, payments at the door are $5 extra per family.

7:30 - 8:00: Animal Talk
8:00 - 9:45: Exploration of Museum and Pizza
9:45 - 10:15: Science Theater / Chemistry Demo

Head Home!

We are going to try something new this year with an Adopt-A-Park event.  We will spend a few hours cleaning up the park and then have a picnic lunch afterwards - you just need to bring your own drinks.  For help in keeping the park clean all participants will get a T-Shirt from Metro Parks.

When: Saturday 4/21 at 8:30
Where: Englewood Metro Park (Reserve) enter off of Frederick Pike north of 40 and park where the old horse barn used to be. 

Please be there at 8:30am!

Got the Winter blues?  The annaul Father Daughter Dance at the Kleptz YMCA is your ticket to fun in the "sun"!  This year a beach themed dance will be brought to life.  Wear you Hawain shirts or your beach shorts and shorts (uhh.. no bathing suits -- although we know you have been dying to show off your new Speedo).
